The 115 grain bullet has a hollow base which allows for a longer bullet than a standard 115 grain bullet while maintaining a standard 115 grain bullet weight. This extended length allows for increased contact with your firearms rifling in the barrel and increases stabilization while the bullet is in flight - all without sacrificing powder capacity inside the case. The thick plated nose of the bullet also resists deformation from the hollow based bullet. This bullet loaded is in Peak Performance’s remanufactured brass cases which have been case gauged and hand inspected which makes for an accurate and reliable ammunition choice that is still economical enough for high volume shooting and easier on your firearm investment.
This ammunition is also loaded to a power factor of 131 at a velocity of 1140 fps which makes this ammunition in compliance with most power factor standards for competition in Minor shooting IPSC, USPSA, and IDPA divisions.
